I posted 11 times since posting in this compo, but I have noticed that the "user posts" section of my profile doesn't update for a few hours at a time.
Don't stress about it though, Shadowfox, not your wrong doing. For the next compo I'll just add my post count in my entry. It'll make life much simpler for you too.
