Don't also fall for the 600HZ rating on TV's it's the same as putting a massive contrast ratio on that truly is a marketing gimmick as a plasma is still only 60hz it just has a far better response time, which is what counts when looking at avoiding ghosting. Modern LCD's have got response times of 8ms below which doesn't show ghosting, while a plasma has one closer to a CRT of 0.001ms.
I agree....there is defiantly difference between FHD and HDR. I will never buy another HDR TV again.

If one was able to line two sets of a model...one FHD and the other HDR, you would immediately see the difference if a blu-ray was playing.
