So, I wake up this morning and decide to check my whatsapp messages, noticed I have no signal and when I then tried calling someone the nice lady on the phone tells me I should Rica my phone, WTF. It's been rica'd more than a year ago? Did they suddenly just decide to fsck everyone over?

Ok so there is some known issues with the rica process. 9/10 times it's just someone at the shop that you went to rica, that didn't finish the process.. Quick fix ... if you go to some large shops like PnP Hyper in Cape Town, you can rica again in less than 5 minutes, or you can even go to your Service provider shop and do it there..


I'm not defending the provider, but these are small problems compared to some I've seen..
