Also, since this has never actually been asked before: are freelancers/non-permanent staff eligible to win such competitions? I have this nagging feeling that I won an MG competition somewhere along the line but in order to avoid a riot with cries of nepotism my winning entry was misplaced like an inconvenient police docket.
Always a good incentive to get me posting rather than just reading!
