Eish, it's now going slightly beyond a joke with us having to now pay this tax on top of normal tax, not to mention the upcoming NHI nonsense.
But that's the ANC for you. We also pay for availability of electricity, as well as tax on electricity, then we're forced to pay another R2.20 service charge for every day we don't buy electricity. They'll milk us for our very last cent if they can.

Then again, they need the money to make up for all the damned grants they're handing out. :/
