don't care what the damn thing looks like as long as it works like a bomb, but optional cases would be a plus, so you could match the home theatre

u can get custom cases, but void your warranty and if xbox360 track record anything to go by, you'll better keep warranty intact, one good thing the glossy finish had, you could see if someone touched or played with your console, because it would be full of finger prints...

I personally prefer the matte finish myself. I wonder if we're gonna see a price drop in the XBOX360 S soon, especially in response to the PS3 price cut. (1st the Wii, 2nd, the 3DS, 3rd, the PS3, 4th, ?)

Uuummmmm.........don't think sleep will be lost over decision. Matte reminds me of the original xbox, so kinda plays homage to predecessor. If only it could do all the things it's hacked predecessor could.
