Just doing the same as the other Guys, "slim PS2" - removed the "hard disk support" , then the PS3 removing the Backward compatibilaty to decrease manufacturing costs ... etc
Just what I was thinking. And to weasel a few extra rands out of the unaware christmas shopper.
This is just nintendo doing what they do best, they can't make a proper gaming console but they're marketing is excellent, probably twice as good as ms and sony combined.
