Is this incentivised offer, wherein you are entitled to receive Team Fortress 2 items of the virtual nature, valid for a limited period of time, or can one preorder say for example, half an hour before the release date and time of Deus Ex and still be entitled to receive the virtual items?

Is this incentivised offer, wherein you are entitled to receive Team Fortress 2 items of the virtual nature, valid for a limited period of time, or can one preorder say for example, half an hour before the release date and time of Deus Ex and still be entitled to receive the virtual items?

The assumption is that the preorder will be valid until the day of release, i.e. 12am (of whatever region steam uses for this) of the 26th.
