What the hell do 108 000 people plan on doing with it, I mean not all those people are Game Dev's etc... are they... But hell if it means more gaming progress then hell I say that's fantastic!!!!

There were quite a few interesting mods for Crysis so I think the mod community has gone crazy over this. I predict a great deal of cryengine3 mods popping up on moddb, with only a few actually landing up being released.
yeah, that is quite an amount of downloads and it doesnt really seem as if they ALL are game developers...but they all downloaded it for some reason or other!

I hope we see some good come out of the mass dowloading spree happening for the engine, you never know somebody might make something real good... Wish i was a game developer now...
