And how exactly does this 'save' pc gaming?
To "save" PC gaming you need a High End PC that's console sized (maybe even style it to look like a console) and bundle it with an HDMI cable and a wireless xbox controller. And price it at around R3000 - is that even possible? I guess you'd need to sell high volume to make it work.. Though I think PC gaming doesn't need saving - its just fine
It looks like a nice toy to have, but for the 3 people that can afford to throw money away on this, it's hardly a savior. You can't even really show off with this, people will just laugh at the fact that you paid R20k for it. If it was around R15k, then sure.

I like the design and the concept but for 21k? Nuh-uh...

Jeez, that things a monster!! And awesome price, like 12k in rands (excl. sales tax)! Makes my asus laptop i use for work seem like a pitiful sample of computing power
