In your first post you say you prefer whiskey with an e and in the second post you seem to imply that the Americans make whiskey without the e.

Isn't the only difference between the two words the spelling? I do believe that the one is the Scottish spelling and one is the Irish spelling. There are different kinds of whiskies/whiskeys but as far as I know it's not depended on the spelling but rather what is used to make the whisky/whiskey. Or am I wrong?

but generally:
Whisky = Scottish
Whiskey = Irish
American whiskeys for some reason have an E in them, which is weird since I'm sure I read they where started by a scot.

Scotch isn't at all bad, love the stuff, just like the Irish ones so much more. Americans on the other hand can't make whiskey (how ever they want to spell it) for shit IMHO

I love beer, any beer! There is nothing in this universe as great as an ICE COLD beer!

Then also Jameson whiskey or any other Irish whiskey, Wellington or Oloff Bergh Brandy, and in terms of shooters, I would rather have Tequila than Jagermeister...

I'm not big on alcohol, don't like the taste. Even cocktails aren't that great. But what I do like though... Shots, all different kinds. My favourite I had was called canary shit or something lol. Can't have too many shots though, they hit you quick. I've never been drunk and never want to be. Oh and my usual except for shots is Klippies & Coke, but I can drink on one glass the entire night.
