Angry Do you choose Good or Bad in moral choice games?

Ive been wondering, on a first play through of a game with moral choices(mass effect, fallout3, infamous, red dead redemption etc etc.) do you go for the bad or good moral choices/actions?
I can never bring myself to be a true bad ass but I really love the fact that the option is there.

So how do you guys play?

I will always be good and if the game is decent enough to be played a second time I will cross over to the dark side.

I always choose the good "side" first with all choices and convo options, as with normal game design this can offer you more missions and better rewards.

I will then go total badass on the next playthrough.

Even if I set out to play "bad" I end up playing "good".

I always land up being good as well, although in ME2 I performed some renegade actions (smashing people through windows) which was a lot of fun.

I like playing "evil" characters who make good moral choices and perform good deeds (i.e. a lawful good Drow or, what I'm considering in Old Republic, a Sith Inquisitor with a soft heart ).

I've tried being evil characters before in games like KotOR, Jade Empire, etc but I find it impossible. I regret my decisions and feel ridiculously guilty

    Love being good

same here. although in mass effect 2 i tend to hit the middle of the road. mainly a paragon but using renegade options when it fits the bill

    Play games, not platforms

Ye I also almost always start being good and 2nd playthrough I play the bad/evil guy.
Only game I started playing bad was Fable II becuase it was too fun killing everyone in Bowerstone and having horns before you even start the game properly

The thing with Mass Effect is that it doesn't always feel like there are any advantages to making negative decisions. That might sound a bit contradictory but hear me out.

That part where Garrus gets brutally maimed--I had hoped that by doing the renegade action (killing the guy who was working on the gunship) would spare him disfigurement but regardless of the action taken, it still has the same outcome.

I think it would be a lot more persuasive to be a "bad" character if there were tangible advantages to it. Nine times out of ten, you get better rewards (emotionally, in-game items, money, etc) being good than you would being bad.

Plus, I like saving lives more than taking them in games
