Having people register will be ultimately a troll stopper however i think trolls willl troll even if they are registered, see it on IGN but IGN kinda leaves them alone to do whatever they want.

The only place that is available the MyBB forums, which would make sense, seeing as someone there registered my nick to troll their comments section already. This is getting really tiresome.
