Get a Samsung BX2450. Thats what I have. And the audio out is quite handy when I want a simple solution for my 360 if I am not home.

The problem is the price of monitors has increased quite a bit in the last month or so. You could almost get a 32" full hd tv for the same price as a 24 monitor.

I find that LED screens work best for me! So personally I'd go for a 24" LED monitor...but that's just me

Definitely, blu ray movies play like a dream - images are sharp with great contrast ratios, refresh rate is also super fast. These are some of the things you need to consider when buying a monitor especially for gaming.

As isengard has said, bigger is better, especially if you want to double it up as a telly. I regret not going for the 27" LCD as they were the same price at the time that I bought mine.

I'll decide still later this month (paycheck). I was originally going to go for the 32" Samsung SmartTV back-lit LED 200hz for R7000, but will see.

What are you doing for sound? Because if you haven't given it any thought, don't forget that TV's usually have speakers (as shit as they may well be) while if you get a PC Monitor, you will usually have to make a lan for sound otherwise. And in this case, you kinda ruin the point of the loverly HDMI cable experience. 1 cable for all your needs is truely a lovely thing.

O yes, I forgot to mention the monitor has a mini jack audio out so you are sorted as long as you have a sound system with a mini jack in or just use regular pc speakers.

Go for the 32inch LCD option!!! can get a FHD for 4k. I am currently playing on a 51" Samsung and connecting my laptop on occasions. Tweak the resolution and there is no problem
