    Not really Sky!
My list of wishlist games is still pretty packed. And I'm just not that kinda person to half-play a game. When I play something I finish it. I try to make sure that everything I buy is also of such a caliber that I will be HAPPY TO COMPLETE IT...

And by that I mean... trophies, challenges, MP, obscure game modes, highest difficulties, the whole shebang.

Tbh, I survive really well on around 4-6 games per year.

It has worked out ok for starcraft. It's a huge issue for local LAN stuff but in the end this is Africa and we are such a miniature demographic for the blizzard community that this decision is better for the majority of players.
It is especially needed in diablo because as any d2 player would know, people would cheat in singleplayer and then play multiplayer with their cheatsy chars.
A lot of people then say "... but why not have two separate games? ie: single player chars and multiplayer chars"
Simple: A lot of people stop playing games for the sole reason that they dont want to start all over again. This happens in large amounts with casual players which are the biggest player base for Blizzard and, since activision took over, the most important.

Well its a bit of a bummer that there is no offline play , still going to be one of the most sold games out there .
