You mean make the higher speeds cheaper or replace/upgrade cabling to make higher speeds possible?

Actually they should sort out the infrastructure problems first.
Telkom keeps on doing promotions to increase their share of the market but are incapable of supporting the current customer base and even more incapable of providing enough ports to new customers.
    Its all a sham.

Yep we have uncapped, we just need speed now. People need to realize that capped data bundles shouldn't even be remotely in consideration anymore.

Fair enough they shouldnt be considered, but i still have mine because uncapped account is horrible to use during the day i cant log onto anywebsite at all... I have a 4mb line with telkom account and a uncapped account with axxess at the same speed. I was with Mweb uncapped hated the service i could do anything with it.

Uncapped in SA has to many rules to work like a good capped account, yes they there for a reason to avoid abuse fair enough. But atleast give a reasonable speed to browse websites during the day when the account is shaped to hell... Maybe it be more viable, but currently its not that great no matter how companies spin it.

This is the problem with uncapped. It either ends up slow or they impose usage rules. Whichever way they go somebody complains. Usage rules effectively mean you're capped, and so does a slow connection.

It's a common problem for Telcos around the world, dealing with ageing infrastructure. Even in places that appear to offer high speed, if you live in the wrong place you're saddled with very low speeds.

Damn. Was hoping for at least the 10GB I've had the last 2 months. Already capped it, along with an extra 10GB account a friend gave me. :\
