At first I was upset 'cause I was gonna play this whilst waiting for BF3, but then I got (still to receive) a beta key and suddenly Batman was just a distant memory.

IMO, by the time we get this, there will be too much going on in the gaming world - the majority will be playing BF3 and MW3, and a lot of games release for the festive season. It would have been wiser for an August/September release; otherwise they should move it closer to the release of the next Batman movie release for more Batman hype.

Nonetheless, it will be played, eventually.

I'd be more worried that it might get lost in the shadow of Skyrim.. I loved the first game, and I'll definitely get this one as well, but now I might just wait until early 2012. But then D3 will come out, so I might just wait until Q2 2012. But then Max Payne will come out, so... I think you get the picture..
