Heh something sinister happened to me, when I was 16. I wasn't driving a bike, I was helping out my dad on the farm and had to take a couple of tons of wheat to the local granary.
In this:
So I get on the road, now I'm pulling 3 15 ton trailers behind me and driving half on the road and half off, so people have enough space to pass me and so I also stay out of the way of most people. I've done this loads of times before, and it's a 20km drive there.
I pick up speed slowly and as usual try to entertain myself by guessing which car would pass me next. After a couple of minutes this BMW catches up to me as I'm about to cross a bridge. This dude has no patience at all and tries to overtake me but there's not enough space. So he pushes in front of the tractor when there was just enough space for the bmw's nose to get in front of me. I'm hauling a massive load behind me, this tractor doesn't stop very fast and well... let's just say he never drove his bmw again. It's bonnet got flattened and I could see the fear in his eyes as it was happening. I couldn't stop laughing.
There was also nothing he could do about it as we inform the local traffic cops when I haul something to the granary so they had a checkpoint on the other side of the bridge. He was screaming loudly at me, I stopped to check if he was hurt. Saw he was fine, and left. The police handled the rest. Apparently he was in a rush because his wife wanted something from the shop.
I wish I had a cellphone back then.![]()
