Those confusing endings USUALLY get resolved and tied up in the sequel to the game...IF there actually ends up being one![]()

Alan Wake's ending seriously WTF. Biggest mind f**k I've experienced in a game of late, and has provided me hours of 'replayability' in my mind at least. I have many theory's about the ending of the game and it really is a must for those who like a interwoven plot that leaves the ending up to your own interpretation.
I would love to hear the thoughts of others who have finished Wake.
That is usually the case, but I would prefer there not being confusing endings. Even if there are going to be sequels, make the ending of the game some kind of resolution point, where the player at least feels that he is at the end of something or accomplished something. Don't let him feel that nothing has now happened or ended, and there is no more game left.![]()
