There is still so much left for this game... we havent even seen the Jets, Tanks and heli's and people are already cancelling? I also felt like cancelling after playing for 30 minutes, but then i sticked playing and i'm actually starting to enjoy this.

Some daft people out there, probably kiddies, must think it's a demo... I pre-ordered and payed for MW3 before playing the BF3 beta, and I'm not sure I made the right choice. I am definitely loving the realism to BF3 combat. Bugs are a given in the beta of course, they shouldn't be a deal breaker at this point.

Wow...Really? I'll admit that the beta is pretty buggy but do they not know that this isn't in the final product? I mean come on! :O

Play and enjoy both. That's the cool thing about gaming, you can play as much as your spare time allows.

I can understand some people's reservations and cancelling their pre-order may just be so that they can see the final before purchasing. This is a risk averse approach but at least you can feel comfortable knowing that your money is only spent when you know for certain that the bugs are gone.

The downside is that you won't get the back to karkand DLC but if you don't mind this and care more about the possibility that this will be utter rubbish and not worth the R325 (almost half of the MW3 price) if it rubbish or not.

The weird thing is that I enjoy the BETA enough to want to buy it even with its bugs as long as i can get all the maps and weapon upgrades (mortar looks interesting?)

You do know it's just the Beta right?,The hit reg is like that because it registers client side.
Connection to reality could not be established, please try again later

I just mostly see a guy rushing around getting his head blown off trying to play BF3 like COD. You are more fragile in BF3 than you were in BC1 and BC2 but you are also more deadly and agile.

I must pay about R330 for the game and then i must also pay for bandwith to download large patches which i dont agree with at all... Especially patches over 500mb.
Yes they fix bugs but it costs me money
We say pc games are cheaper then console games but are they really?
At the end i could pay R500 or even more for the game.

I'll still get the game though, just giving it some time before i pre order.

I dont care that the patches are greater than 2gb or that
the hit reg acts up now and then, I will still buy this game.
You cant ignore the fact that you will get many hours of gameplay
and enjoyment out of this game, as proven by previous games in the series.
Atleast wait for the full version then pass judgement

A gig is less than R20 and can go as low as R9. If you play online 500mb is probably 2 nights worth of play. Lastly, patches fix problems, balance issues, weapon fixes... console gamers not getting those is not a plus.
