I never ran into this bug for gears 2.. Hope I don't have it for gears 3 either..Havent tried co-op yet.. Will try it soon..

Hellgate london also had load screen of death, where you could go into a loading loop leaving your ghost ingame to be killed. This was really annoying if you played with perma death...

I have a different Gears of War 3 bug. I finished the campaign via co-op with my son, and although my son has the game completion achievements, my profile shows that I didn't finish acts 2 and 3, even though we played the game from start to finish. Now I have to do those acts over. Not really complaining though, it's an awesome game.
