    Default 3d lcd / led

Anybody willing to part with their 3D LED / LCD screens

I'm looking to buy one for my new pc but can't find DECENT ones anywhere below 5K

Was looking at the Acer AcerGD235HZ or AcerGD245HQ but I can't find them anywhere.

The new Sammy's are lekker but uber expensive, 5K for a 23"

You're gonna enjoy it for an hour and then complain about headaches for the rest of the evening xD
3D Screens are not meant for prolonged gaming use mate(Knowing you..you game for hours non stop)..Rather get a proper LED and spend the extra cash on getting a better GPU or something along those lines. That's my honest opinion xD

If your set on 3D then have a look at this one.

27" LED monitor that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Even if this monitor didn't support 3D, the size, color reproduction and refresh rate make it worth while. It's a pity that the resolution is capped at 1920x1080 - if it was 2560x1440 like my current Dell, I would have bought one.

hehe, mr joker, I'm getting it for the 120hz, not for 3D whatso ever. Cross tested lots, and there is DEFINITELY a smoothness that 120hz has that no 60hz or 75hz screen can give. Eventhough your eyes cant see more than 60 warra warra warra. I tested this on multiple machines, even did some research on my own pc with 120hz screens from my buddies (that don't wanna sell ) and it's the ultra super smoothness I am after.

I had a look at what I can get readily available

The LG 2342P has uber crap reviews.
The AOC 23" for roughly the same price, crap reviews too.
The acer screens are just nowhere to be found, which leaves me with the uber expensive sammys

I agree with you on this...I'd give anything to have a screen running on 120Hz...remember in the old days when you changed your CRT from 50Hz to 60Hz or what ever the figures was?? The computer overall felt faster!

I am considering selling 3 of my monitors to buy one 3D screen. Currently I have a 23", 2 x 24" and a 27". Will look at doing it in the future.
