I've just recently started my own program based on the above book. Highly recommended, my dad actually got me into it since my sporting habits have declined to a grinding halt, even though I really enjoy racket sports and cross country cycling.

The difference is I'm not doing it to impress girls or to "be ripped bro", I've decided to do it for my own health and lead a better lifestyle. It's nice to see people in this community are like-minded in things outside of gaming.

edit: also I work for a health company so I got no excuse lol
