Im a ex-wow addict.
I will not go back to that game.
Not having the time to be a hardcore gamer to access endgame content means theres content I will never get to see as I dont feel like sacrificing time with my wife , into this life leech of a game.

Wasted 3 years of my life on WoW , no more I say !

I will only buy Diablo3 as its something I can play for 30 minutes / an hour , and can save and quit at any time.
And get right back to where I was when I have some free time. Cant do that on WoW.

Uhm ... so you'll only start playing Diable 3 after you finished your WoW sub? Cause you won't have time to D3 while WoW subs are running.

Not offering something like which is digitally distributed to all countries is very puzzling unless of course this may fall foul of the law in some countries and they are just not bothered to work around it. Considering the bitching above, it doesn't seem like they would have had much buy-in form us anyway.

The offer is digitally provided. You get to DOWNLOAD Diablo3 via Battle.net once you subscribed to the special signup offer.
The reason it is not available world-wide has to do with Online Gambling laws.

In SA, right now, Online Gambling is illegal, and thus (for now, to a degree) Diablo3 is technically not legal...
