Been Playing all night and lol its been pretty cool overall, saw a lot of familiar names
Also had one of the DICE guys on with us which was pretty cool, IndigoWnd, thanks for playing

Xero how do you find the SCAR?

and what tip can you give those that start off with regards to weapon handling?

I found it was definitely a bit of a challenge to get used to the insane recoil and the bullet drop.
definitely not BC2 if you ask me :)

and damn if known that guy was from DICE, we should have had a "GET HIS DOGTAGS" contest so we could get that dogtag unlock :D

The SCAR is unlocked, so I unlocked it
Weapon handling in BF3 is different to COD, but the same as most BF based titles, short bursts, do not go full "Rock n Roll"

Yeah I was hunting him all of last night but everytime I got close enough we wound up killing each other with bullets rather than knives :/
 
nah I kept finding myself in a situation, as you say, burst action but then the guy would just turn and pew pew me.

as said, I guess just need to get hang of the weapon handling since it's not like in BC2 (for me at least).

yeah also unlocked the SCAR last night, but would you use that above the standard AK?
 
I play engineer, so Haven't used the AK
I'm basically jsut playing tis class so that I can unlock the G36, which was the sole reason for me being any good in BF2
 
No its not an AK 47 , its an AK74u, biiiig difference
I play with the 74u a lot though, it remains my gun of choice for Rush
