Default Battlefield 3 lead platform switched mid-development

Battlefield 3 lead platform was PC - until it switched

SPOILERS: It moved from PC to console mid-way so that it could release on time.

All that it means is their focus had to shift in order to release on all 3 platforms at the same time. It's not like the PC version has suffered for it. It still remains the best platform to have the complete experience imo.

from what i read it seems that the whole game is rocking for it

most of the dev work was done on pc anyways

    Play games, not platforms

Well, there goes the 'PC is our lead platform' marketing ploy. Even if the PC version is still superior, people were played. Why did we only find this out now? Because people would have been outraged had they heard it mid-development.

They should have said this before release, they just lost rep from me. I would still have bought the game in any case.
    AND
Oh so that is were the bugs came from.

its a bit upsetting, but at least the game on PC has still got the option [melt PC: on/off]
In hard ware wise they still made this game for PC. So i don't really mind.

It shows that they're still too worried about making money instead of great games. The only release date a game should have is "when it's done" a la Blizzard, Epic, Valve. Once again it means I'm waiting for a price drop to a) save money, and b) let the bugs get ironed out.
