Because its actually pretty awesome. You will be surprised how much regenerating health has taken the challenge out of games. It’s all about the challenge and the game play, once you look past the graphics it’s still one of the most enjoyable games I’ve played recently.

Doom is amazing multiplayer. I remember the games we'd have in the computer room at school back in the day. LEGENDARY and awesome. I imagine it'd still be brilliant.
In my opinion Mw3 is the best splitscreen mp
I would disagree purely because you cant play compaign splitscreen.
If we're going for golden oldies, try Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2. A friend and I literally lost DAYS of our lives with that splitscreen
For racing I would recommend F1 2011 or Dirt 3, even though dirt is a bit old, it's still loads of fun
Dirt Showdown is due soon which should have local split screen and looks to be similar to the older Flatout games, so that should be loads of fun

Try and get 2 copies of doom 3 for xbox and play that on Xbox 360 over systemlink/Lan. Awesome good!
L4D 1 +2, Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo ODST, Halo Reach all full campaign coop splitscreen.
Rainbow Sex: Vegas 2, defnitely the best co-op not only in feature but in mechanics as well.
