There's no point except to have pure unadulterated fun. The coop in SR2 was some of the best and most fun I've ever played and the fact that you can coop literally everything is just too appealing.

exactly! SR2 had the craziers, whackiest, most insane co-op but it was FUN! :-)

Has some eBucks and pre-ordered a while ago with that. Loved Saints Row 2... It is similar to the Grand Theft Auto games, with the advantage of not being boring.

No guts, no glory, no brain, same story.

The game's getting good reviews all around. Except from Jim Sterling.

    And what are your thoughts?

I just WISH I can get this game on the day of release, that'd be my year made!
You should have put those questions into a poll :P
Anyways on topic, I've personally never really played a Saints Row game before as I've been more of GTA fan so I'm not really sure if it's going to be any good - therefore I won't bother with it, rather getting Assassin's Creed Revelations (sticking to the stuff I know)

It's on my must-buy list. Got good reviews- only complaints are the graphics and minor bugs, but I won't be thinking about that while I'm beating people up with my GIANT PURPLE DILDO BAT!
