    Default CRC Errors(Upstream)

I am having a problem with this since I connected a Billion 400G modem from telkom.

My line was also hit by lightning 2 times in less than a month.

My previous modem had the same problem but not so bad, so I would appreciate it if someone can tel me if they have had this same problem with the Telkom modem they got. Also if anyone knows of something else that might be the problem?

Here is the "CRC Errors(Upstream) 4142" this is in one minute.

    Thanks

    Hey dude

Have you phoned telkom to ask for a port reset? Could be the physical Dslam that has the issue.

What plassie said, and there could be a possible problem with the router, the line itself (Unplug your router and plug your phone into the same line as the router and listen for any disturbances like crackling etc...) and also borrow another router, pref a netgear or something like that and see if that improves your situation. I experienced alot of these issues when I worked at VOX and those are pretty much your starting points.
