I'm one of those people who can't handle first-person games (...motion sickness), so can anyone tell me if there's gonna be a proper 3rd person view on Fallout New Vegas?

I missed out on being able to play Oblivion for the same reason, and i didn't buy Fallout 3 either cos i heard the 3rd person wasn't really viable as a way to play through the game.
