Are people not over-reacting to all these so called invasions of privacy? I mean really,what is on your PC that is so super-sensitive and secret? And if it really is, then store it on media that is not hooked up to the internet.
Punkbuster does a pretty good job of keeping servers free from hackers, but it also kicks and bans hundreds of innocent players who just happened to forget to run the game as administrator that one time, or because of some other lame excuse. Punkbuster once banned a friend of mine from a certain bf2 server for using a see-through-wall cheat, when all he was really doing was listening for any footsteps on his extremely good headphones.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
