Skyrim has more of Tamriel beyond its borders
Rudimentary Morrowind and Cyrodiil provinces are accessible with a bit of hax – what does it mean?

That is very interesting. I love it when people find things like this in games. Hopefully this will get expanded into something awesome and won't remain as a easter egg.
i7 8700k | ASUS PRIME Z370-A | 32GB DDR4-3000 | Asus GTX 1080 STRIX | Acer XG270HU | 14.5 TB HDD Total | Corsair 780T | Corsair 850W PSU
Interesting. I have no beard, so I am stroking a stray cat instead.
I am really curious to see what this turns out to be. This can certainly set the stage for some epic DLC. But first, I need to move and explore the current map a little. Trailing many people on here by many levels.

My best is on DLC. But why ship it with the game if it wasnt finished? Strange.
Doubt there's much to it. For a DLC they could have just included the land masses in the DLC. Probably just some left overs from the engine, rather than destroying the land masses from the previous games leave it in there.
Maybe its nothing. They might have just included it to make us feel home in Tamriel by showing stuff from the past or so that we have some insight into what has happened it the 200-odd years since Oblivion and the period since Morrowind.
I personally think that it will be a while before something like DLC is released for Skyrim, since there already is a TON of stuff to do. That gives the developers enough time to create some nice content. Who knows, perhaps they include these finds in their plans.

Didn't they say that there will be fun bugs? Can this be one of them?
