In the game, make sure the developer console is enabled, you can find this somewhere in the options, can't remember exactly, not hard to find.
Open the console by pressing the tilde key "~" above tab. When it opens, type the command "openserverbrowser". This will open up a server browser like in Team Fortress 2. You can also manually add those SGS servers to your favorites list in the server browser.
