There is a a bit, the main one being Uncharted (okay thats the only one i remember)... But the PSP games are also available via download as new purchases or via UMD program which still costs you. But you get a digital copy for cheap.

If you're going to be downloading the games you can still do it with your PC and copy it across. Mobile companies have nothing to do with it otherwise.
