Doubt it telkom already said they not going to do it (maybe they change thier minds), the did how ever say the if ISP/mobile networks want naked ADSL then they should lay thier own copper in the ground cause their licences dont prohibit them from doing so... So i high doubt telkom is going to give up thier network (could have been about LLU which this does kind of fall under)

Another question I ponder is that if the local loop is so important to the other telcos, why have they not invested in copper in the ground? Their licences don’t stop them from doing so
