Some of my friends went, I couldn't make it though.

Who organised this though, it kind of just sprung up never really heard much news of it until about the week before?

Most of the organisation and stuff took place in this group on Facebook.

Pretty much constant discussion and input from everybody involved, although two ladies (Sasha and Genevieve) were pretty much the driving forces behind it. We tried to get as much word out as possible though beforehand.

UCT society Genshiken will be hosting a convention some time in next year, all are welcome and cosplay is a must. We will have a midnight game launch, packed with manga, anime merchandise and screenings.
