Didn't EA buy Pop Cap some time ago as well?

Does anyone else find it worrying that EA is gobbling up all the small developers?

Why worrying? EA had made several Licensed mobile games; Dead Space, Mass Effect Galaxies. And there is money to be made in the casual and mobile market. Why wouldn't they go after them? Since Klick Nation is now part of the Bioware lable I'm willing to put money down and say they will be working on a mobile/social tie-in game for Mass Effect 3 or something.

Nah. They've been doing that for years.

I'm not fussed. If they can grab up a bunch of social devs to make some cash to fund REAL games, I'm all for it.

I'm just worried about how large EA is getting. I don't want to have to run Origin when playing Robot Unicorn Attack.

    Origin? What's that?
