Guys, I'm not all that strict regarding the spam - I know I've let a couple of guys through that some of the others would ban immediately; besides which I'll pop a friendly hint on their profiles along the lines of they might want to up their post quality. Even posting a lot over a short period of time doesn't really raise my eyebrows that much - I've seen how quickly TK can rack up 5 pages of posts when we get bored at work..
I find I mainly visit the forum a few times a day, but often only have time to post at one point in the day. So most of my posts are in bursts within a pretty short time.
