    James's abovementioned explanation is deemed sufficient to the untrained mind. However, to answer your question in its entirety, I will address your queries below:

    q) and how is it scheduled?
    a)the server's (Delorean) network connection has to run at exactly 88.5Mbps before they flip the maintenance switch at exactly 10:04PM. Why this was'nt performed on a Saturday is something only James and Doctor Emitt Brown will be able to elaborate on.
