Thread: Browser based MMO strategy games.

Default Browser based MMO strategy games.

Does anyone play any of these? I'm talking about games like Evony. Which ones would you recommend. I'm looking for something to play where I can just check in on the game every two hours or so.

You can try tribal wars. Not sure if its what you're looking for but its one of those timer based strat games.

Tribal wars looks pretty cool. Will probably try that. Who wants to start a South African Tribe with the next world reset. Do they do world resets?

Just play on a new server since there are a few new servers all the time.

Had 14 city's and it took up way too much time. And the time diffrence did not help with the attack defence.

I used to play Travian a lot, but in the end the pay-to-play model killed it for me. The people who bought gold always had a major advantage over those that didn't, and there was absolutely nothing we could do about it.

I also used to play something called Ikariam, which is almost like Travian, just slower paced. Found it a lot more fun that Travian.

Ya new server is best. The problem with trying to plan a tribe is you want to be close together (kinda atleast) and that's sometimes difficult with the random location generation.

Also if you wana play this game seriously it is as Crzwaco said.. it gets extremely time consuming haha but its an awesome browser game
