Pros:
+Many new game modes
+Different racecourses
+Police
Cons:
-They removed significance of moding appearance of car, while in NFS:UG2 it plays major part in progressing through game. So I ended up without it.
-They removed testing racecourse and detailed performance tuning.
-They removed drift game mode, and complete underappreciation for drag mode.
-They could have added game mode that was present in NFS: Hot Pursuit, where instead of you racing, you are police.
-They removed fun minigames, such as "Find a Shop", "Outrun Random Dude", "Get to Race".
