The only thing you need to learn in CS is; faster reflexes.

The same answer can be applied to Battlefield 3 too. Yes, reflexes are one of the factors that is needed in competitive gaming but I can assure you that is not all you need. Do you think the top clans are successful because they have great aim? Coordination, communication, situational/map awareness and a good understanding of the game/mechanics are all factors that contribute to the success of a team.

I saw Cranky on the forums perhaps he will take a look at the topic, being the owner/captain of the team that is the 2011 DoGaming Call of Duty 4 champions, he would be able to add some valuable input.
