Sony’s long-awaited PlayStation Vita portable game machine has hit stores in Japan as thousands of game enthusiasts lined up at shops from early in the morning.
Would really like to see how this turns out. I already own a 3DS, but that does not mean that I won't fork out some money and get one of these, if it proves worthy. I am liking the sound of all the features that have been listed and of some of the upcoming titles, but I am still skeptical about it. I wasn't a very huge fan of the PSP and would like to see a real powerhouse handheld console hit the market.
EDIT: Just read a bit online about the PS Vita. People are complaining that the OLED screen are burning in...that might be because of human error, but that is something that should be looked at soon. I can imagine many unhappy customers once something like that happens to a few of them. There have also been reports of really bad battery life, but all of these reports still have to be confirmed by Sony.
