Signature creator?

I was told by Xero that there is someone who makes signatures for people.
Is this true?
and if so i would love to get a proper signature!

I tried it for a bit, unfortunately I've been suffering from artist block forever now and am incapable of designing anything that's worth crap. However there is someone much more talented then me who is doing it, can't remember his name though.
