Well, EA does own Bioware, and EA is known for banning people's accounts for absolute nonsense reasons.

My guess is this person probably isn't even going to be allowed a chance for appeal.

According to the article on Destructiod the thread in which the meme was posted was entitled:

I'm 12 and what is this.

and they took it as the player saying he/she/it is 12, which falls outside of the terms & conditions.
