Hey everyone,

The registrations for Leg 1 of the Do Gaming 2012 season are about to come to a close. Over 1100 players have already signed up to be part of the biggest online gaming league in South Africa. There are only a few days left to register for some of the big game titles such as Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3.

The Do Gaming team announced on the 22rd of January that there will be a DOTA 2 BETA Cup to test the waters in preparation for the release of DOTA 2. The DOTA 2 BETA Cup will be broken up into two stages, Stage 1 all the teams will be randomly spread into equally sized groups. Each team will play all the teams in their group for points. Teams will be assigned 3 points for winning, 2 points for a draw, 1 point for a loss and 0 points for a forfeit. Stage 2 will see teams seeded into a double elimination table seeded using the results from the first stage. To register click here

Keep your eyes open for the Starcraft 2 Team league that will begin shortly after Leg 1 of the Do Gaming league starts.
