I hope the same, but it doesn't look like it. Using sensors, tagging enemies for your team to take out on Q. Also while Splinter Cell Conviction was a bit on the short end of the spectrum campaign wise the tactical side of it was intact and made you feel bad ass, especially on Realistic difficulty.
