    next you're gonna have to pay an irrigation fee to play farmville and you'll need a real driving licence for forza and a gun licence for cod/bf ! if this schitte continues we're going to experience another video game industry crash imo.

    I really dont think they ever look at the big picture, they always pass stupid bills the end up hurting the end user the most.. And i am sure an extra 1% going a problem cause it might look minute but 1% is a lot in game development...
