Unable to connect to host in mw3

Hey guys,

So, I have been trying to invite friends into my party with mw3. I constantly get the error unable to connect to host. My NAT setting is moderate, so I dont see what the problem would be. Any freaking ideas on how to rectify this?

some times its a error in mw 3 causing it .. quit and restart your game. and voila sorted
