Surprise on Origin

I think that any EA games from 2009 onwards are redeemable on Origin. So if you already own it on Steam it can be added on Origin. When I first installed Origin it picked up that I had BF Bad Comapny 2 and automatically added it to the list of owned games.

It hasn't added my bad company.

Just goto 'Redeem Code' and put in your Key, works with retail and Steam EA games. Then you'll have both copies.

Does anybody know if Origin is like Steam where it installs from the cd/dvd once then next time it will download and not use the disc?
Just want to know in case I have to format my pc for whatever reason and risk losing KOA

Yeah. You can also add games prior to 2009 to Origin, but that requires that you contact a customer service rep and they often want proof of purchase, etc. Then again, from what I've heard it also largely depends on which rep you get.

As for adding Steam games to Origin, I never registered my NFS: HP on Origin, meaning I've now got two serials for the game, ie two games.
